Absorber is a key component of suspension system.The matching combination of absorber damping characteristics and suspension system affects vehicle comfort performance.At present,The design of domestic absorbers is mainly at the level of simulation,experience guidance and test optimization.The development of domestic absorbers faces many difficulties,such as,lack of advanced theory,quality defects and high cost,etc.Therefore,To improve the performance of domestic absorbers,it is necessary to further analyze and optimize their structure.This paper studies the damper valve system and rubber components to improve comfort performance of the vehicle.Firstly,in the analysis of throttling characteristics,it is found that the viscous stress in the region with a large velocity change rate plays a major role.secondly,the state of valve system determines the throttling method.Before opening,it is mainly thin hole throttling;after opening,it is mainly gap throttling.At last,established a suspension dynamics model,which contains rubber elements.Through equation calculation,rubber element can greatly improve the vibration isolation capability of suspension in the high frequency band without compromising ride comfort of vehicle;higher road vibration frequency,better rubber optimization effect.For experimental research of absorber,firstly,use MTS bench to test vibration characteristics of absorber.Secondly,through the analysis of test data,it is proved that the low sensitivity of valve will cause F-S curve to shift and F-V curve to separate,and the defect of valve system structure causes the F-S curve to be distorted.At last,Through the actual vehicle test,optimizing the local characteristics of F-S can solve knocking noise generated by the vehicle's large impact.For experimental research of rubber,firstly,use MTS bench to test the stiffness characteristics of the absorber bushing.Secondly,Optimize surface structure,reduce the static and dynamic stiffness of the upper bushing,and put two bushings on the vehicle for road test.At last,According to the analysis data,reducing the static and dynamic stiffness of the upper bushing can decrease noise and vibration in vehicle.
