| With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the problem of the dual pattern of incompact and uncoordinated development between urban and rural areas is particularly prominent.In order to break such a dual structure,it is necessary to establish an integrated transportation network of urban and rural transportation.The existing urban and rural transport network can be roughly divided into passenger transport channels and cargo transport channels according to the service objects.The demand for passenger flow and freight travel between urban and rural areas has the same travel characteristics—the small demand and wide regional dispersion,which make it difficult to balance the income of service enterprises and the service level of travel demand.When meeting the service level requirements of travel demand,buses have long detour distance,high empty driving rate and low corporate income.When meeting the requirement of enterprise income,the waiting time for travel demand is long and the service quality is low.In order to alleviate the problems caused by this phenomenon,this paper puts forward the mode of shared passengers and goods transportation,and makes use of customized public transportation in urban and rural areas.First of all,the paper explains the concept of shared passengers and goods transportation mode,and determines the feasibility of this mode in urban and rural areas from the structure of urban and rural road network and the characteristics of passenger and good travel demand.Through the comparative analysis of the operation modes of urban and rural customized buses in the existing research,the operation mode of the line offset type can be determined.Through the analysis of the customized process of customized buses,the departure conditions and response modes of customized buses are determined.Then,the paper studies the time satisfaction of passenger and good demand between urban and rural areas.Through the method of questionnaire survey,the data are collected to summarize the change trend of passenger and good travel time satisfaction between urban and rural areas,and the influencing factors of passenger and good travel demand time satisfaction are modeled and analyzed.The study finds that there is a positive linear relationship between passenger time dissatisfaction and riding time,and passenger time dissatisfaction increases exponentially with the waiting time,indicating that passenger time is more sensitive to the waiting time.There is a positive linear relationship between unsatisfaction of delivery time and delivery time.At the same time,punctuality,waiting environment,availability of seats have a greater impact on passenger travel time satisfaction,while delivery time,cargo type,emergency degree have a greater impact on good travel time satisfaction.Finally,combining the characteristics of the urban and rural passenger flow,considering constraints such as vehicle capacity,time window and maximum detour time,taking the absolute value of the difference between the demand time dissatisfaction of the main line and the branch line as the objective function,the line planning model of the reservation request is established.At the same time,the response judgment process of the real-time request is given,and the corresponding model is established to adjust the driving route after the bus responds to the real-time request.And a two-stage exhaustive algorithm is designed to solve the model.Through the analysis of examples,a road network consisting of 10 main lines and 9 branch lines is constructed,and passenger and good travel demand is generated according to poisson distribution.The generated demand is solved by using MATLAB according to shared passenger and good transportation and independently.The results show that: compared with the independent transportation mode,the service rate of travel demand under the shared passenger and good transportation mode increased by 3.3%,the number of buses decreased by 2,and the average waiting time of travel demand shortened by 227.8s.Therefore,compared with the traditional independent transportation mode,shared passenger and good transportation mode can effectively improve the service quality of public transportation and reduce the cost of operating enterprises. |
