In recent years,wind power generation,as a clean energy,has become an important part of electric power.However,wind power generation is volatility and uncertainty,it will lead to the increase of wind abandoning power on a large scale and the decrease of average utilization hours,which will not only affect the scheduling of power generation in the power system,but also cause a large amount of resource waste.The introduction of energy storage system can not only solve the problem of dispatching pressure in large-scale wind power system,but also has a prominent advantage in participating in the frequency modulation of power system due to the characteristics of fast response of energy storage battery.At present,the main obstacle that restricts the energy storage system to participate in the development of power system FM is the high cost of energy storage system configuration capacity.Based on the capacity of the energy storage system reasonably configured in the wind power generation system,this paper firstly constructs an energy storage battery model,then conducts a simulation experiment on the primary frequency modulation capacity configuration of the wind power system,and finally analyzes the configuration result through genetic algorithm to verify the feasibility of the experiment.(1)Reasonably plan and optimize the utilization of energy storage system,give full play to the complementary advantages of distributed energy,and maximize the response of energy storage system to the randomness and volatility of distributed energy.The whole life cycle theory based on calendar life model and the benefit model of distributed energy storage battery are constructed.The objective function under the cost analysis of the whole life cycle theory considers the cost of energy storage battery,the renewal frequency of components and the various benefits and costs in the input of energy storage system.The annual payment to the storage station in the case of the operation of the power system under the life analysis includes the cost of servicing the debt,the cost of taking into account the annual increase in interest and all direct or indirect costs incurred or likely to occur.The optimization objective of battery energy storage system is to maximize the net present value of the whole life cycle.(2)The main cost of its objective function is the investment cost of energy storage battery,including the initial investment cost and replacement investment cost,and the operation cost of energy storage battery,including the maintenance cost,scrap treatment cost,defect punishment cost,power loss cost,frequency modulation compensation income,power purchase cost and electricity sales income.The constraint condition is that when the energy storage system sells and purchases electricity to the power grid,in order to reduce the influence of charging and discharging on the power grid frequency,the corresponding power influence cannot exceed 9%.Power constraints of wind and solar power generation and energy storage.Finally,through the cost analysis of the energy storage system,the constraint model that satisfies the system and equipment operation is established.(3)Finally verify this topic mentioned method,the optimal configuration of capacity storage battery to participate in a frequency modulation with chance constrained programming method,the wind storage joint FM meet wind a demand by the energy storage capacity in order to realize the storage system in wind FM credibility and running cost,the compromise between the energy storage to establish optimal allocation model wind reservoirs joint operation cost minimum as the goal,to store joint wind FM demand as constraint conditions.The problem of energy storage capacity allocation based on chance constraint is solved by genetic algorithm.By analyzing the corresponding economic target,the capacity allocation model and method with the maximum benefit are obtained.
