With the increasing problem of global environmental pollution,reducing greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental problems is the biggest challenge facing this century,and sustainable development has gradually attracted wide attention.The construction industry has greatly improved people's quality of life and promoted the development of the national economy,but also has a huge burden on the ecological environment.With the improvement of people's sustainable consciousness,reducing the environmental impact of civil engineering has become one of the problems that structural engineers need to solve urgently.In the design stage,the environmental impact of engineering structure can be effectively reduced by reasonable optimization design method..The traditional engineering structure optimization mostly took the cost or the structure weight as the objective function,hardly involved the environmental influence.Taking cost and environmental impact as objective functions,this paper establishes a mathematical model of multi-objective sustainable optimization design of engineering structure.The application of life cycle assessment method can scientifically quantify the environmental impact of various materials and engineering structures,which provides the possibility for the sustainable optimization of engineering,but many environmental impact categories increase the difficulty of sustainable decision making.Ga Bi software is used to normalize all kinds of environmental impact assessment indicators to get their environmental impact scores and use them as environmental impact assessment indicators to provide technical support for sustainable optimization.Modern intelligent optimization tools,can effectively perform a large number of calculations,suitable for various complex structures.Based on the combination of Elitist nondominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-?)and stochastic optimization method,this paper designs an evolutionary algorithm suitable for the multi-objective sustainability optimization mathematical model of reinforced concrete simply supported beam established in this paper.Optimization process is based on the premise of safety and reliability,and a set of pareto optimal solutions is obtained.engineers can choose a compromise solution to make the economic and environmental impact of the RC beam reach the optimal state at the same time.The optimization results show that increasing the cost within a reasonable range can effectively reduce the environmental impact of the components.This paper not only analyzes the influence of section height,width and concrete strength on the cost optimal scheme and the environmental impact optimal scheme,but also studies the influence of unit environmental impact and unit cost fluctuation of concrete and steel bar on the optimization effect.The environmental impact of reinforced concrete structures can be significantly reduced by optimizing the use of concrete and steel.he proposed method can effectively help engineers to weigh the sustainable development goals and economic goals.these results also demonstrate the feasibility and great potential of applying NSGA-? algorithm to the sustainable multi-objective optimization design of reinforced concrete structures.Finally,this paper applies the big data processing analysis method,the maximum information correlation coefficient(the maximal information coefficient,MIC),to identify the influencing factors of the sustainability of reinforced concrete.Through analyzing the correlation between environmental impact index,cost index,flexural bearing capacity index and concrete beam design parameter index of RC beam based on big data,the potential relation is excavated,so as to further understand the influencing factors of sustainable multi-objective design of RC beam.The above research results can provide important ideas for engineers to quickly weigh the economy,safety and environmental friendliness of engineering structures.
