Quantum phase shear interferometer is a high-precision measuring instrument that based on the interference of material waves.It has very important applications in gravity measurement,resource exploration,seismic observation,inertial navigation,etc.The high-precision tilt control of Raman laser mirror mounting platform is an important component of the system and it is also an important index to distinguish the quantum shear interferometer from the traditional cold atom gravimeter.The precision of the tilt control of Raman laser mirror mounting platform also directly affects the measurement accuracy of the quantum phase shear interferometer.Therefore,according to the principle of cold atomic stem and precision piezoelectric ceramic control,a set of high-precision tilt control of Raman laser mirror mounting platform for quantum shear interferometer is developed in this paper.The work in this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)A set of high-precision tilt control of Raman laser mirror mounting platform for quantum shear interferometer is designed.This platform is driven by precision piezoelectric actuators.In order to reduce the deformation of the material,the transmission part of the new design of the platform uses three pairs of quartz ball head and curved groove combination device with high-stiffness.This paper through a new designed precision displacement detection device used PSD and ball lens get the result that the displacement resolution of the tilt control platform along the z axis is 100 nm,and the resolutions of the tilt angles is better than 0.5 ?rad.(2)A set of control system for high-precision tilt platform is designed.The system is mainly composed of main controller,displacement detection module,digital-to-analog conversion module,and high-voltage drive module,which can realize fast and accurate tilt control.Experiments show that the control system for precision tilt platform can accurately suppress the influence of environmental disturbances on the control accuracy.The control tilt accuracy can reach 0.5 ?rad,which meets the displacement and tilt control requirements of the quantum shear interferometer for the Raman laser mirror.
