In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s railway transport industry,the sharp rise in passenger and freight volume and the increasingly complex operation conditions of lines,the demand for safe and stable operation of traction power supply system is increasing.The developed traction power supply simulation software has been applied by the railway design department,but it still needs to be improved due to the poor user experience of the software.In addition,with the development of intelligent power supply system,the research on assistant decision-making for traction power supply system is continuously in-depth.In this paper,by improving the traction power system simulation calculation method,a more efficient and better user experience traction power system simulation calculation software is designed and developed.Based on the measured data,the operation level of the system is studied,and the evaluation system of system operation characteristics is constructed.After that,two kinds of auxiliary decision-making methods for traction power system based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are proposed.Finally,the design of software-assisted decision-making function and the verification of simulation results are completed.Firstly,the mathematical models of each module of traction power supply system are systematically studied,and the widely used power flow algorithms of traction power supply system are investigated.An improved Picard power flow calculation method based on Math Net scientific calculation library is proposed.Compared with the traditional Picard iteration algorithm and the improved algorithm,it is found that the improved algorithm is faster in power flow calculation of complex traction power supply system.Then,based on the research results of railway design and decision-making needs of operation departments,the system operation state quantity that we focus on is determined,and the operation level of each state quantity is analyzed with the measured data,and the probability distribution of each state quantity is also analyzed by data fitting.In addition,the influencing factors of each state quantity are analyzed and summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent decision-making aids.To solve the problem that it is difficult to obtain the data of traction network unit power loss in the actual measurement,a mathematical model is obtained by fitting the ridge regression algorithm.After that,the evaluation principles of each state quantity are determined according to the national and industrial standards.Based on the evaluation principles and the probability distribution characteristics of each state quantity,the score and grade evaluation indexes of each state quantity are designed,and the rationality of the two indexes is verified by Monte Carlo method.The corresponding evaluation process is also developed for the two evaluation indexes to facilitate the follow-up software function.Development.After investigating the decision-making needs and methods,two evaluation methods for traction power supply system based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are presented,and the system design for each link of the method is made.In order to realize the assistant decision-making function,its assistant decision-making means are also constructed for each state variable.Finally,based on the simulation algorithm and assistant decision-making method,the design and development of the software for traction power system simulation and assistant decision-making is completed.The software includes line visualization construction,vehicle network joint simulation,short-circuit calculation and other functions,and can output assistant decision-making according to the simulation results.This paper compares and validates the results of software simulation with TRANAS simulation software.The results show that the simulation software designed and developed has complete functions,high accuracy,and can provide decision-making assistance and technical support for railway design and operation departments.
