In order to further improve the development level of China's high-speed railway and master the high-speed EMU technology with completely independent intellectual property rights,China Railway Corporation took the lead in developing a standard EMU train with a speed of 350 km / h in conjunction with CRRC.Among them,the bogie is a key component that determines the safety and reliability of the train.The load characteristics of the bogie frame are an important support for fatigue strength evaluation and reliability design,and the accuracy of the load identification calibration test is to ensure the accuracy of the frame load characteristics.Therefore,this paper adopts methods to eliminate and control the errors in the test,and provides methods and guidance for obtaining the optimized transfer matrix and identifying frame loads with high accuracy.This paper relies on the Natural Science Foundation's major project topic "Highspeed rail traffic load characteristics and identification and load spectrum",with CR400 A EMU bogie frame calibration test as the research object,to establish an error control method for frame load calibration test,and form effective data Screening criteria and processes,selecting the optimal load-strain transfer coefficient matrix as the research goal,completed the following:(1)Based on the finite element analysis of the framework,an optimization method is proposed for the existing load calibration scheme,which provides a reference for the subsequent calibration test.(2)Established a set of mathematical methods for error control of calibration data,including elimination of systematic errors,elimination of unreasonable data,optimization calculation of transfer coefficients,and selection criteria for optimizing measurement points based on analysis of variance.(3)Using error control method to perform data processing and data screening on the calibration data,the optimized load and strain transfer matrix is obtained.(4)The error evaluation of the selected coefficient matrix is carried out,the certainty deviation of the selected coefficient matrix is calculated,and the reliability of the error control method is verified by checking the error.Based on the measured strain data,the difference between the load identification method and other load identification methods is compared.31 pictures,70 tables,49 references.
