The research on the leakage risk assessment of the directly buried pipeline in a central heating project abides by the relevant theories of pipeline risk management,and applies certain risk assessment technology to conduct the research.This paper combs the risk management literature of municipal pipelines such as urban gas pipeline,water supply pipeline and drainage pipeline similar to the directly buried heating pipeline and the risk management literature of central heating project,and on this basis,analyzes the directly buried pipeline hazard events and other basic situations of a central heating project.Then it identifies a list of three aspects of the hazardous factors for the leakage risk of the project directly buried pipeline after sorting out by using the fault tree analysis method,including the pipeline equipment itself,the pipeline operating environment and the pipeline operation management.The list of the three aspects is classified as 50 specific factors in 14 subjects.After the project pipeline is segmented,the transmission pipeline is selected as an example to analyze and evaluate the leakage risk of the direct buried pipeline.There are mainly two aspects of analysis,one is to use AHP to rank the weight of each hazard factor;the other is to use expert investigation method to determine the possibility of pipeline leakage caused by each hazard factor and the level of hazard consequences,and then the risk assessment matrix is synthesized to get the regional level of pipeline leakage risk of each hazard factor.On the basis of the above analysis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the overall risk of pipeline leakage,and the result is "medium" risk level.Among the three risk factors,"pipeline operation environment" is evaluated as "high" risk level,"pipeline equipment itself" as "medium" risk level,"pipeline operation management" as "low" risk level.Among the factors of 14 subjects,"natural environment impact","poor working condition of medium" and "misoperation" are evaluated as "high" risk level;"groove defect","installation defect","insulation and joint coating defect" and "inadequate water quality supervision" are evaluated as "medium" risk level;the other 7 subjects are evaluated as "low" risk level.Analyze the data of the research results,contact with the actual situation of the project,according to the pre-set risk disposal criteria,according to the levels and factors,put forward the risk disposal measures and suggestions for the medium and high risk factors.In this paper,there are 13 figures,21 tables and 57 references.
