The allocation of ticket amount of high-speed railway is a transportation plan to allocate seats to each station along the route to meet passengers' travel demand after the train operation plan is determined.In essence,it is a plan for the utilization of train seat capacity to ensure the matching of train capacity and passenger demand.However,no matter from the perspective of time or space,the passenger demand is constantly changing,and it is impossible to make full use of the seat capacity and satisfy the passenger demand of high-speed railway by relying only on the allocation method of high-speed railway ticket amount.At this point,you can use the fare adjustment for passenger demand and the effect of dynamic price strategy dealing with the passenger demand change,then price strategy based on dynamic fares and passive adjustment after the passenger demand of high-speed rail ticket allocation optimization,makes the high-speed rail ticket allocation more reasonable,so as to meet the needs of passengers,improve the business status of railway passenger transport and railway passenger revenue increase,to improve the level of railway passenger service better.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The pre-sale probability density function is obtained by data fitting,the pre-sale period of high-speed railway is pre-divided according to the tangent slope,and the concept of average tangent slope difference is introduced to verify the rationality of the pre-sale period in order to determine the number and segment of the final pre-sale period,which provides a reference for the way of dynamic ticket price execution of high-speed railway.(2)According to different types of passengers in the booking period ticket preference difference,combined with the triple price discrimination theory,introducing the price sensitivity coefficient and time sensitivity coefficient of different stages of booking passengers approximation,build a high-speed train much more pre-sales phase elastic demand function,and on this basis to build and solve high-speed rail fare dynamic model,finally realizes high-speed dynamic price dynamics and differences.(3)Based on dynamic price respectively considering railway capacity utilization and the time cost of passengers two high-speed rail ticket assignment optimization model,respectively in the two double objective optimization model for introducing the dimensionless parameters gamma and weight coefficient of the delta model transformation,can make in the railway passenger ticket under the premise of maximum profit as the optimization goal,respectively,as far as possible to promote railway capacity utilization rate and reduce passenger time cost two objectives,validated with the beijingshanghai high-speed railway as an example,using particle swarm optimization algorithm for solving,results show that under the two based on dynamic fare ticket allocation optimization model can improve the high-speed rail ticket revenue,By changing the value of delta or value of delta within a certain range,the two secondary goals can be adjusted respectively,so as to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the two optimization models of high-speed rail ticket allocation based on dynamic ticket prices.
