With the improvement of living standards, people's travel tends to be diversified and complicated, which poses challenges to urban transportation.Car-sharing is a product of the “Internet+” and sharing economy in recent years. It plays an important role in facilitating residents' travel, alleviating traffic congestion, and reducing environmental pollution. It is loved by all walks of life.Although the car-sharing has broad development prospects.However,car-sharing companies lack research on user travel laws and stations operating characteristics, resulting in the situation that some stations vehicles are backlogged and some stations parking spaces are vacant during the operation management process, which seriously affects the user's travel experience and reduces system operation efficiency and service quality. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this paper establishes a vehicle relocation model based on the analysis of the operating characteristics of the stations to provide theoretical guidance for car-sharing companies. This paper firstly carried out the analysis of the operating characteristics of the stations, obtained the historical operation data of a car-sharing company in Lanzhou, and used density clustering algorithm to divide the stations in the system into several areas.Establish several evaluation indicators for the area and the stations respectively, and analyze the imbalance characteristics of the users in the area and the stations,as well as the system vehicle utilization and parking space configuration status.Secondly,a vehicle global relocation model with the goal of maximizing corporate profits is constructed.By setting different charging standards for intra-regional relocation costs and inter-regional relocation costs,a partitioned relocation model that preferentially executes relocation within the region is constructed.Through case analysis, compare the characteristics of global relocation and partition relocation. Finally, considering that the number of parking spaces at the stations has an important impact on vehicle relocation,a joint optimization model of the number of parking spaces at the stations and vehicle relocation is constructed. In view of the current strict vehicle return restrictions by car-sharing companies,in order to facilitate users to return vehicles after the parking spaces at the stations are full, two vehicle return strategies are added to the model: One is that users can park the vehicles in vacant parking spaces around the station;one strategy is that users can park the vehicles in other stations in the same area as the planned parking station. In the example analysis part, seven different scenarios and three supply and demand states are designed, and the impact of two vehicle return strategies on the system is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the operating characteristics of the station, the vehicle relocation model considering the zoning and the joint optimization model considering the number of parking spaces at the stations and the vehicle relocation are established. The results show that partition relocation can reduce the number of relocation operations and the number of vehicles when the profit loss of the enterprise is small, and increase the flexibility of the system.By adding two return strategies,it can significantly improve enterprise profit, user demand rate and service quality.
