With the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles in China,the shortage of parking Spaces and the difficulty of parking have attracted more and more attention.Especially in the central areas of big cities,due to the dense population and the lag in planning and construction of parking facilities,people often spend a lot of time in searching for a berth and queuing in the peak hours in hospitals,commercial complexes,office buildings and other typical crowded places.With the innovation and application of intelligent parking technology,people can book parking Spaces in advance through the mobile phone platform,which greatly reduces the time for drivers to cruise to find parking Spaces.In this paper,a parking allocation linear programming model was established to minimize the total travel time of the park users,aiming at the serious waste of parking resources and the traffic congestion caused by too much space concentration of parking demand.The purpose is to divert the traffic volume in the area with serious shortage of berths,and to equalize the utilization rate of surrounding parking resources and dynamic traffic pressure.First of all,through the domestic and foreign traffic network about dynamic traffic and static traffic research status,summed up and analyzed the dynamic and static traffic interaction.The mechanism of dynamic traffic problem is analyzed from the point of view of static traffic.Based on the dynamic traffic allocation model,the paper puts forward the method process and system framework of network parking allocation considering the constraints of road section,parking lot capacity and parking lot entrance capacity,which provides new ideas and theoretical basis for the future parking problem in China.In order to connect the dynamic and static traffic,the traffic topology network is constructed for the static and dynamic conversion space,and a link is built from the entrance of the parking lot to the adjacent intersection upstream.Based on the constraint model of traffic impedance,section capacity and capacity,a dynamic berth reservation and allocation model considering the capacity and capacity of the connecting sections of the parking lot was established,and the method of particle swarm optimization(pso)was studied.Finally,a case of parking allocation between a shopping mall and a surrounding parking lot in Beijing was used for verification.Based on the field survey during theweekend rush hour and the historical vehicle information of the parking lot,the parking problem and the dynamic traffic problem in the parking lot were analyzed,and the model network was built and the model parameters were set.This paper compares and analyzes the changes of dynamic traffic impedance,parking impedance at the entrance and exit of shopping malls and the average time spent on vehicles in the case of regional network berth allocation and no berth allocation,and verifies the validity of the berth allocation model in this paper and its positive effect on dynamic traffic network.
