| In the process of train operation, the frame not only supports the body of the train, but also transmits the force between the wheelset and the body and the loads in each direction. The reliability of the frame directly affects the running safety of the train. The lightweight design and high-speed operation of high-speed trains make the interaction between vehicle systems more and more intense. The influence of elastic vibration of the frame on the vehicle system should be paid more attention to.Taking a high-speed train in China as the research object, this paper combines the multi-body dynamics theory and the finite element method to study the influence of the frame elasticity on the vehicle system.A rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the vehicle was established to analyze the dynamic characteristics, load characteristics and vibration characteristics of the vehicle under different operating speeds, line conditions and excitation frequencies, and to compare the simulation results with the rigid frame to study the influence of the frame mode on the vehicle system.(1)This paper studies the vibration characteristics of the vehicle system at speeds of 300km/h,350km/h and 400km/h.The results show that the elastic treatment of the frame has little influence on the vibration characteristics. The load characteristics of rigidflexible coupling vehicle system are analyzed from the perspectives of time domain and frequency domain. It is found that no elastic vibration occurs during high speed operation.(2)When the vehicle passes through a straight line at a speed of 300km/h,the maximum value change rate of vibration indexes is compared with that when the rigid frame is superimposed with different frame modes, and it is found that each vibration index is not significantly affected by the frame elasticity. The rate of change of each vibration index is within 10%.When the vehicle passes through the curve at high speed, the elastic mode of the frame will increase the derailment coefficient and the wheel weight loss rate slightly, but both are within the safety limit.(3)When the polygon of the wheel is increased, the excitation frequency of the vehicle system also increases. The results show that the wheel polygon has a great influence on the wheel and rail force and wheel vibration acceleration, and it also has a certain influence on the vibration acceleration of the frame, but the influence on the load of the frame is not obvious. The spectrum analysis of each load of the frame shows that the rigid-projectile treatment of the frame has little influence on the load amplitude and frequency distribution of vibration, and the frame is dominated by rigid vibration.142pictures,19 tables,61references... |
