| This paper takes the Changsha Greenland Intercity Space Station Tower No.1 project as an engineering example,elaborating on the frame-core tube structure of different floors of this super high-rise building and discussing the key points and difficulties in detail.The main work is as follows:1.The related concepts of super high-rise buildings are expounded,and the performance-based design methods are also outlined.Moreover,the definitions of structural over-limits and structural earthquake resistance and the key points of structural design codes are introduced.2.The general method of concrete structure design is clarified from the following four aspects: preliminary scheme design,structural analysis,structural design and construction drawing.According to the method above,a preliminary scheme design was made for the Tower No.1 of Changsha Greenland Intercity Space Station.The modeling parameters,methods and factors affecting the modeling of the structural model were elaborated.The structural model of concrete frame core tube super high-rise structure considering rib beam floor and that considering hollow floor were established.Mechanical calculations were performed for the two structural models,and various mechanical indexes were compared and analyzed.3.The judgment of the over-limit of this project was made,and the corresponding performance goals were formulated in accordance with the requirements of the specification.For different levels of seismic action,the performance goals of the structure were checked and calculations were made for the weak parts of the structure. |
