| The application of locking release mechanism is more and more extensive.In this paper,the locking and releasing mechanism is the mechanism to lock and release the target parts.In the process of locking and releasing,the contact force between the locking and releasing mechanism and the target parts is an important parameter index,which provides important parameter guidance for the locking and releasing process.The main design idea of the contact force measurement scheme is to collect the standard force signal and the strain signal at the back end of the cantilever beam of the locking release mechanism,and to fit them by polynomial and RBF neural network.The relationship between strain signal and contact force signal is calculated in a certain range and verified by many experiments.In practical application,because the standard force sensor cannot be used to measure the force signal,the contact force between the locking release mechanism and the target part can be measured indirectly by measuring the strain signal.Through the comparison of two different measurement schemes,the optimal scheme of contact force measurement is determined.At the same time,the data fitting methods are compared and analyzed to determine the best fitting method for the experimental platform.First of all,according to the actual demand of the contact force measurement of the locking release mechanism,the structure,parameters and materials of many parts of the mechanism itself are improved,such as the material and size of the cantilever beam,the green shell,the driving inner top column,the improvement of the release finger,etc.So that the locking release mechanism not only stays on a structural patent design,but also meets the requirements of practical engineering application.In order to measure the contact force of the locking release mechanism,the existing locking release mechanism is improved,the force measuring platform is designed,the data acquisition device is built,and the upper computer data acquisition and analysis system is developed.At the same time,the collected data is analyzed and processed,and finally the contact force measurement is realized.First of all,according to the actual demand of the contact force measurement of the locking release mechanism,the structure,parameters and materials of multiple parts of the mechanism itself are improved,such as the material and size of the cantilever beam,the green shell,the drive of the inner finger,the improvement of the release finger,etc.Secondly,combined with the mechanical structure of the locking release mechanism itself,objective experimental conditions and the actual needs of the project,the contact force measurement platform of the locking release mechanism is built.Design mechanical fixed base plate and baffle plate,connection joint,install S-type force sensor,paste strain gauge,etc.Then,set up the data acquisition and drive device.Data acquisition and conditioning circuit includes the selection of Wheatstone bridge,signal conditioning circuit and data acquisition card.The driving device includes stepping motor,controller,driver,piezoelectric ceramic driver and power supply,etc.it connects multiple signal lines and power lines to ensure the normal operation and signal transmission of the experimental device.The collected experimental data is transmitted to the upper computer through Ethernet or USB cable for monitoring and processing.Finally,the data acquisition and analysis system is developed based on Lab VIEW.The system can realize multi-channel signal acquisition and display,storage,fitting analysis,parameter calculation and storage.And combined with the Mathscript node in Lab VIEW and MATLAB software to process the data.The data acquisition system is independent,flexible,cost-effective and convenient for subsequent research and development. |
