Circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB boiler)is a clean coal combustion technology developed at the end of the last century.Because of its strong adaptability to fuel,it has been widely used in the field of global thermal power generation.But it has caused serious wear problem of all parts of the furnace than ordinary coal-fired boilers due to its own structural characteristics and its special coal burning mode.This wear problem not only restricts the long-term safe and stable operation of thermal power plants and the social and economic benefits,but also is a technical problem in major academic research.The corresponding accident pre-judgment method is proposed by accurate analysis of the accident process and handling methods.That is to accurately judge when it is about to occur,and formulate an overhaul plan in advance,which will extend the service life of each component during operation,provide theoretical references and data support for avoiding unplanned shutdowns caused by accidents,and improve the economic benefits of CFB boilers.We can make accurate predictions of the easy-to-wear and failure sites,take corresponding anti-wear measures to increase the service life of CFB,and provide theoretical references and data support for the further development of CFB boiler anti-wear research,and can improve the economic benefits of power plants by the finite element analysis and metallographic organization observation of the pipeline.Taking the CFB boiler wear of a power plant in Tangshang as an example,we can conclude a set of practical and effective prejudgment methods through the study of the past accident processes,causes and treatment methods,with the finite element analysis and metallographic analysis,which will pre-judge the important pipelines of the boiler before the accident,and formulate maintenance and replacement plans in advance to avoid accidents.Figure 20;Table 15;Reference 46...
