| In recent years,with the increasingly prominent global energy issues,the demands of our people and Society for environmental protection are increasing,and electric vehicles are developing rapidly in China.Electric vehicles have become the focus of automobile development in China because of their stable energy consumption and environmental protection.The matching charging pile is one of the important conditions for the sustainable development of electric vehicles,which has also become the focus industry of the government and enterprises.At present,the development speed of domestic charging pile industry is faster and faster,and the market competition is more and more fierce,but so far few charging pile enterprises can achieve profits.Among them,as a leading enterprise in the charging pile industry,T company has been involved in the field of charging piles for many years,but has failed to achieve profitability.How to make profits in the background of loss in the whole industry and then grow up is a problem worth pondering.The key to the development of an enterprise lies in its profitability,which depends on its profit model,so a suitable profit model is very important for the development of an enterprise.This paper takes the profit model as the theoretical basis,takes the T company’s charging pile project as the case study object,analyzes its profit model by using the five elements of profit model,and analyzes the cost and income of the charging pile project and single charging station of T company,looking for the problems existing in its profit model,and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for these problems,and finally summarizes them.At present,the theoretical research on the profit model of charging pile industry is rare,and there is no practical guidance for the industry.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the profit model of T company,this paper provides some reference suggestions for T company and even other charging pile enterprises.The research results have very important reference significance and value for the whole charging pile industry. |
