High-speed trains play an increasingly important role in modern transportation.Due to their advantages of high speed,large carrying capacity,low transportation cost and low energy consumption,they have been widely developed in various countries,especially in China.And greatly promoted the improvement of economic level.As a wheelset that directly transmits the force of the wheel and rail is an important component of the entire vehicle system,the safety of train operation depends greatly on the normal operation of the wheelset,and the fatigue performance test of the wheelset is to ensure the reliable operation of the train wheelset an important way.Therefore,this research topic provides a novel method for the safety detection of train wheels,which has great reference significance.The main research content of this topic is divided into the following parts:(1)Theory of metal magnetic memory technology and algorithm analysis of signals,among which theoretical research includes stress-magnetic field models based on the principle of energy minimum,energy balance theory based on ferromagnetic principles,and electromagnetic induction theory based on electromagnetic principles;The research of signal algorithms is mainly quantitative analysis of signals,including eigenvalue analysis,Fourier spectrum analysis and Gradient value analysis,etc.(2)The fatigue test of the test sample of the wheel pair material is carried out.For the purpose of collecting and analyzing the magnetic memory signal of the sample under different fatigue times,explore and clarify the correspondence between magnetic memory signals and fatigue stress.(3)Use finite element analysis software ANSYS to perform finite element fatigue and magnetostatic simulation on the wheelset material plate model.The magnetic memory signal distribution and characteristic values of the model under different fatigue states are obtained by the metal magnetic memory method,the corresponding relationship model between fatigue simulation characteristics and test data is established by using Stein estimation.The experimental and simulation results show that the magnetic signal curves and eigenvalues obtained by the finite element method are basically in agreement with the experimental results,and also indicate the feasibility of the metal magnetic memory technology in the fault detection and application of high-speed rail wheel pairs.It provides an important basis for the further development of metal magnetic memory technology.
