With the development of industry,industrial electrical energy accounts for a large proportion of electrical energy consumption.For industrial enterprises,reducing the cost of electrical energy has become an urgent issue.Electricity energy costs can be reduced by demand response through shifting demand from peak electricity prices to lower electricity prices.Emerging technologies such as industrial internet,edge computing,and industrial cloud have been introduced into industrial networks.However,in some scenarios,the electricity price is changing rapidly or production tasks need to be adjusted urgently,how to design an electrical energy management that can satisfy the real-time demand of these scenarios is a problem need to be solved.Edge-cloud collaboration can amplify the value of edge computing and cloud computing at the same time.Edge-cloud collaboration can take advantage of the computing resources of cloud and the location of edge.Therefore,In order to reduce the electricity cost of the industry while satisfy the real-time of electrical energy management,Edge-cloud collaboration was introduced into the industry electrical energy management.The main research work is as follows:1.On the basis of investigating the current research,a electrical energy management architecture based on edge-cloud collaboration is proposed.The electrical energy management scenarios are classified according to the network scale and edge computing resources.The method of selecting the electrical energy management mechanism in different scenarios is given.2.For the scenario where the computing resources of edge are abundant and the number of computing tasks is small,a electrical energy management mechanism based on edge computing is designed.The STN model and demand response algorithm in the edge computing environment are designed.All of the calculating tasks involved in the electrical energy management are executed by edge nodes.The computing resources of edge are fully utilized,and this mechanism can satify the real-time of electrical energy management and reduce the cost of electricity.3.For the scenario where the computing resources of edge are limit and the number of computing tasks is huge,a electrical energy management mechanism based on edgecloud collaboration is designed.The STN model and demand response algorithm in edge-cloud collaboration environment are designed.The computing tasks involved in the energy management are executed by edge and cloud.The advantage of edge and cloud can be fully utilized,and this mechanism can satisfy the real-time of energy management and reduce the cost of electricity.4.A test platform for electrical energy management mechanisms was built.The scenario was based on the mobile phone production line.6Lo WPAN gateway and Alibaba Cloud was used to build a test platform to verify the two kind of electrical energy management mechanisms based on edge computing and edge-cloud collaboration.The results show that the cost reduction rate of the electrical energy management based on edge computing is about 17.35%,and the latency is about 66.021 ms.The cost reduction rate of the energy management mechanism based on edge-cloud collaboration is about 25.34%,and the latency is about 78.387 ms.Both mechanisms can reduce the cost of electricity while ensuring real-time performance,and satisfy the demand of different scenarios.
