| The energy problems and environmental pollution issues have promoted the gradual popularization of electric vehicles in people’s lives.At the same time,they have also brought more safety hazards.The safety and reliability of electric vehicles are the most important performance of electric vehicles.At present,there are still deficiencies in the fault diagnosis and processing methods of electric vehicles.And there is opportunity for improvement in the after-sales service system of electric vehicles.Therefore,it is very important to study the intelligent diagnosis processing technology and improve the safety of cars.This paper has designed a set of electric vehicle remote diagnosis and service system by studying the problems of electric vehicle fault diagnosis.The main research contents of the system are as follows.First of all,we starting with the service objects of the remote diagnosis and service system of electric vehicles,by studying the applicable objects of the analysis system.Performing functional analysis on the system and determining the system requirements and design goals,and making detailed arrangements for the system architecture.Then,the common failure types of electric vehicles are studied,and the failure types of electric vehicles are classified in detail.The shortcomings of the existing fault diagnosis technology are analyzed,and the limitations of traditional fault diagnosis algorithms are studied.The intelligent fault diagnosis method of electric vehicles based on artificial neural network is studied.An electric vehicle fault diagnosis model based on a probabilistic neural network is established in MATLAB.For the problem of probabilistic neural network optimization,an Improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is used to optimize the smoothing factor of the Probabilistic Neural Network.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the diagnostic model and improve the accuracy rate of fault diagnosis.Finally,combined with the Internet of Things technology,the remote client of the electric vehicle remote diagnosis and service system is designed and developed based on the B/S architecture.And the functional verification of the remote client is carried out. |
