Multi-satellite scheduling for regional target observation refers to the need to image a large area in a short period of time,and the width of a single satellite imaging is not enough.To meet this demand,multiple-satellites are often used to achieve joint imaging coverage of larger areas.In recent years,the need for multi-satellite collaborative observation of regional targets in engineering applications has become increasingly complicated.In practical applications,due to the difference in the degree of disasters and the limitation of the scope of monitoring targets,the importance of targets to be observed in the target area has led to different,the corresponding observation returns are different.So,how to arrange the observation plan to maximize the total observation revenue under the condition of limited resources is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,we conduct an in-depth study on the multi-satellite scheduling method for regional target observation.Based on the characteristic of unequal observation revenue within the regional target,after describing the operation process of the imaging satellite in detail,we propose a solution framework for the multi-satellite cooperative scheduling problem for regional targets.The multi-satellite scheduling problem of regional target observation is divided into two problems: regional target segmentation and task planning.First of all,according to the characteristics of heterogeneous orbit satellites,improve the traditional method of parallel segmentation of regional targets.Using the satellite's side-swing angle,enumerate all accessible observation modes under each observation opportunity of the satellite,and design an algorithm base on CDSSM(Cell-based Dynamic Stripe Segmentation Method).Then this paper established a regional target multi-satellite collaborative scheduling model for unequal observation revenue,and and design an algorithm base on WPSH(Weight Priority Strategy Heuristic),while RNLS(Random Neighborhood Local Search)of algorithm is proposed.Both algorithms are used in the task planning stage.Finally,the imaging satellite analysis coverage system was used to perform simulation experiments to verify that the CDSSM algorithm improved the observation revenue by about 19% and the coverage rate by about 22% over the parallel segmentation algorithm.The RNLS algorithm improved the observation revenue by about 4.5% on average based on the WPSH algorithm and the quality is relatively stable.
