With the rapid development of China’s construction industrialization,prefabricated cold formed steel shear wall filled with light polymer material has been applied in Anhui,Shaanxi,Shandong and other places due to its advantages of light weight,high strength,good seismic performance,simple construction,green environmental protection,energy conservation and high degree of industrialization.The existing research mainly focuses on the structural performance of this kind of wallboard when it is used as the load-bearing wall of low and multi-storey buildings,but there is no research on the performance of this kind of wallboard when it is used as the retaining wall of multi-storey and high-rise frame structures.In this paper,through the experimental research,theoretical analysis and finite element simulation,the seismic performance of prefabricated steel frame structure filled with prefabricated composite wallboard are studied as follows:(1)In this paper,the horizontal low cycle reciprocating load test of five prefabricated steel frame structure specimens filled with prefabricated composite wallboard is carried out.The seismic performance indexes of the structural specimens,such as the stress process,failure characteristics,bearing capacity,lateral stiffness,energy consumption capacity and ductility performance,are systematically studied.This paper reveals the hysteretic behavior and synergistic stress characteristics of prefabricated composite wallboard and fabricated steel frame structure under earthquake.(2)The finite element calculation model of prefabricated steel frame structure filled with prefabricated composite wallboard is established,and the results of finite element analysis are compared with the test results to verify the accuracy of the numerical model.Furthermore,the lateral force resistance of prefabricated steel frame structure filled with prefabricated composite wallboard under the action of low cycle reciprocating load is studied,and the working mechanism and failure mode of the structure are analyzed.(3)The finite element analysis models of different material parameters,load parameters and geometric parameters are established for the prefabricated steel frame structure filled with prefabricated composite wallboard.The influence of different parameters on the mechanical properties and working mechanism of the structure is analyzed,and the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of the structure and the influencing laws are determined.
