Epoxy composite insulation material is a key material for manufacturing insulating parts of gas insulated switchgear.Micron alumina filler is one of the main components of epoxy composite insulation material,accounting for more than 60%,which significantly affects the performance of the material.Due to the high density of the micron alumina filler,settlement is likely to occur during the curing process of the insulation,resulting in differences in the local performance of the insulation,increasing the failure risk coefficient of the insulation,and suppressing the settlement of the micron alumina.However,at present,there is no systematic theoretical and experimental basis for the settlement suppression of micron alumina,and related research is urgently needed.In this paper,the sedimentation inhibition of the micron alumina filler in the epoxy composite insulating material for basin insulators is taken as the research object,and the research on the inhibition of the micron alumina settlement by sodium hydroxide,3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and nano alumina.The main work and research results of the thesis are as follows:(1)The inhibition of sodium hydroxide(Na OH)on the settlement of alumina in insulating parts and its effect on the performance of epoxy composite insulating materials were studied.The results of the study show that with the increase of the amount of Na OH,the density difference of the sample gradually decreases.The addition of Na OH inhibits the settlement of micron alumina;when the amount of Na OH is less than 0.04%,the tensile strength of the sample is improved;Below 0.02%,the bending strength of the sample is improved;the addition of Na OH has a negative effect on the electrical properties of the material.With the increase in the amount of Na OH added,the resistivity and breakdown strength of the sample decrease,and the dielectric loss increases.(2)The inhibition of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)on the settlement of alumina in insulation and its effect on the performance of epoxy composite insulation materials were studied.The results of the study show that with the increase of the amount of APTES,the density difference of the sample decreases first and then increases.When the amount of APTES is 2%,the sedimentation rate of micron alumina is the lowest;as the amount of APTES increases,the glass of the sample,the chemical transformation temperature increases,and the mechanical and electrical properties increase first and then decrease.The tensile and breakdown strength of the sample with 1.5% APTES is the highest,and the performance dispersion is the smallest;the bending strength and the flashover voltage along the surface of the sample with 2% APTES are the highest,and the performance is dispersed It has the lowest performance,and the sample has good resistance to discharge damage.(3)The inhibition of alumina settlement in insulating parts and its effect on the performance of epoxy composite insulation materials were studied.The results of the study show that with the increase in the amount of nano-alumina added,the density difference of the sample gradually decreases.The tensile,bending and breakdown strength of the sample increases first and then decreases with the increase of the amount of nano-alumina.When the amount of nano-alumina is 3%,the tensile,bending and breakdown strength of the sample is the best,nano-oxidation and the addition of aluminum has no effect on the flashover voltage along the sample.
