Research On The Design Of Suitable Products Based On Progressive Emotional Arousing

Since the beginning of the new century,with the continuous development of science and technology,the updating and iteration of smart products has become increasingly rapid.At the same time,the trend of increasing the proportion of the elderly population year by year has become more and more serious,and the psychological problems of the elderly have become the second largest problem of the elderly.In the vast commodity market,age-appropriate products have also become an indispensable part.Although these well-designed products meet the needs of the elderly,they also have a positive or negative impact on the emotions of the elderly.Emotional changes are related to the mental health of the elderly,and long-term negative emotional effects will have a bad impact on the mental health and even physical health of the elderly.The research on the design of the emotions of suitable old products is urgent.This article builds on the emotional arousal theory as the core,and builds a progressive emotional arousal model suitable for old products from the basic principles of the arousal theory combined with the action of emotions.The study takes the emotional needs of the elderly as a starting point,builds a gradual emotional awakening-driven suitable old-aged design model through psychological awakening theory and emotional awakening theory,obtains corresponding design strategies,and carries out corresponding design practices.Objective: The purpose of this article is to solve the problem of the lack of or insufficient function of old-age products to meet the emotional needs of the elderly,so that the products can meet the emotional needs of the elderly and relieve psychological pressure.Method: First of all,the article studies the theory of emotional arousal.According to literature reviews,user surveys and inductive summaries,the emotions of the elderly are divided into positive high arousal emotion,positive low arousal emotion,negative high arousal emotion,Negative low awakening emotions lay the foundation for the direction of progressive emotional awakening;secondly,analyze the emotional and psychological needs of the elderly to obtain the opportunity points for emotional awakening intervention of smart products,and on this basis,analyze the suitable old products for the elderly The planning of the way to meet the emotional and psychological needs of human beings;the researchers combined the foregoing progressive emotional arousal theory and existing emotional arousal products,summarized and constructed three models of progressive emotional arousal: behavioral interaction-driven,data-driven and Emotional control drives a progressive emotional awakening mode,and uses the comprehensive evaluation method to select the optimal mode in actual operation.The result: The researchers built a progressive emotional arousal-driven product design model suitable for the elderly,selected the elderly home fitness behavior analysis and design practice,and used the PANAS emotional scale questionnaire to evaluate the effect of emotional arousal.After being assisted by design and practice products,the direction of emotional awakening changed to positive,and the intensity of awakening was significantly improved.Conclusion: The gradual emotional awakening-driven aging design method proposed by the study provides a new solution for the emotional design of aging products.It can provide an intervention point for emotional stimulation in the whole process of product use design and protect the elderly for aging products.Mental health provides effective interventions.
