| As countries would rise for the national electrification strategy,the electric car in our life will be more and more popular,so the safety of the electric vehicles have also been more and more attention,in order to make electric cars as much as possible,improve vehicle safety coefficient,vehicle safety design of mechanism is called for many considerations.As one of the three core controllers of electric vehicles,the vehicle controller unit needs to carry out relevant fault diagnosis and safety control according to the safety design requirements of the vehicle,so that the electric vehicle has a higher safety level and driving comfort.Based on the role of vehicle controller in vehicle development and design,this paper USES fault diagnosis related theories and fault-tolerant fault control mechanism to carry out fault diagnosis and control rate reconstruction design of electric vehicles from four perspectives.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the working mechanism of the power supply of the target sample vehicle,the voltage failure mode was analyzed,and the diagnosis strategy was further proposed;According to the signal acquisition method of accelerator pedal sensor,the signal failure mode is analyzed,and fault diagnosis and control rate reconstruction are carried out.Based on the requirement of vehicle braking,the brake fault identification and control are carried out for the brake pedal with double-path interlock signal and the brake system with vacuum assist.Based on the mechanism of CAN signal transmission,this paper analyzes the failure of vehicle CAN communication layer by layer,and puts forward the diagnosis and control strategy.Secondly,based on Matlab/Simulink software and fault diagnosis and control strategy,the sub-fault diagnosis model of vehicle control strategy was established,and the topology model of vehicle fault was constructed by combining the existing fault diagnosis module.Finally,according to the model-based development process,the model of fault diagnosis and control the MIL,SIL,HIL and real vehicle testing,from test data analysis,to verify the power supply voltage,accelerator pedal sensor signal,brake pedal,vacuum booster and interlocking signal CAN signal fault diagnosis and control strategy to meet the requirements of the target vehicle safety design. |
