Piezoelectric actuator is widely used in the fields of precision machining,micro vibration control,optical calibration and precise displacement measurement.It is a high-performance displacement actuator with the advantages of fast response,high displacement resolution,small volume and large output force.However,its positioning accuracy is seriously affected by the hysteresis characteristics of piezoelectric actuator when driven by linear voltage.In this dissertation,an independent driving method is proposed for piezoelectric stack actuator,which can realize the low hysteresis drive in open-loop.The main content of this dissertation is concluded into the following parts:(1)Based on the traditional physical driving model of piezoelectric actuator,the reason of accumulation of hysteresis was analyzed,and a low hysteresis independent driving scheme for piezoelectric stack actuator was proposed to eliminate the accumulation of hysteresis.(2)Based on the analysis of the low hysteresis independent driving logic,a driving circuit was designed to realize the low hysteresis driving scheme without changing the original driving signal,and the circuit was manufactured,assembled,and tested.(3)The low hysteresis independent driving method was verified in experiments.The experimental results on a homemade seven-layer piezoelectric stack actuators show that the hysteresis of the piezoelectric stack actuator was reduced from 12.5% of traditional parallel driving to 2.7% from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz.(4)The low hysteresis driving scheme and driving circuit of the piezoelectric actuator are improved,to reduce the complexity and cost of the experiment.A voltage amplifier was designed to drive small capacitive load.The effectiveness of the optimized driving scheme and hardware driving circuit was then verified by experiments.The proposed independent driving method in this dissertation has been proved to have the capacity of reducing the hysteresis characteristic of piezoelectric stack actuators in open-loop driving,and therefore,it can improve the performance of positioning and driving effectively,and the driving cost is reduced.And it has the high value to be applied in many fields.
