In the process of chemical production, the impact load will cause the fluctuation of power grid voltage, waveform distortion, produce unbalanced current, increase the energy consumption of electrical equipment, and seriously lead to equipment damage, which is not conducive to the reliable operation of the park's power system. In this paper,a power grid fault detection device is designed for the impact of power consumption of production load in rock salt chemical industry park. Each transmission line of the distribution network in the park is regarded as a network test node, and the real-time grid status of each test node is monitored by the detection device of the access node. The measured grid data is uploaded to the server through 4G network, and then the Cloud server makes further fault analysis. Each test node is equipped with a detection device, and the detection devices of each node of the distribution network test network are uniformly timed by GPS to realize the synchronous data collection of the whole network. Therefore, the mutual verification between GPS lost satellite and local clock ensures the accuracy of synchronous data collection, greatly reducing the measurement error.SD card is used to store and manage the recorded data and the uploaded data should be stored in SDRAM to relieve the computing pressure of CPU.The fault transient characteristics of multidimensional S-transform algorithm and Karenbauer transform method are extracted and uploaded to the server for subsequent fault judgment of power grid. The device has been installed in Mingyuan road of Huai'an power grid, after nine months of operation, the system works stably and the performance index can reach the expected effect.
