With the vigorous development of the natural gas industry,the following security problems become more and more serious.This paper designs and realizes the data acquisition system based on the essential safety circuit and Internet of things technology with the goal of collecting and monitoring the pipe network data and status of gas stations,so as to realize the theme of smart gas.Module implements data acquisition system is designed using LTE wireless far from solving the problem of gas stations scattered distribution,remote,select STM32F107 as main control chip to meet the design requirements of high performance and low power consumption,low cost,embedded in the microprocessor FreeRTOS meet multitasking operating system,data transfer protocol and the Internet of things is realized by using the MQTT protocol standard,by PC configuration acquisition system compatible with different manufacturers,different types of sensors.In terms of hardware design,the acquisition system realizes essential security according to the gb3836-2017 standard.External FLASH is added to realize the storage of field data,and the power management unit is added to realize the low-power operation of the system.After many revisions and software and hardware parts optimization,the acquisition system has passed the security authentication and realized the data acquisition,data transmission,remote configuration,server migration,emergency control and other functions,and on the basis of the original hardware to achieve low power consumption.Finally,the system can realize the real-time monitoring and emergency control of gas station stably through the actual field test and long time operation.
