Research On Profitability Evaluation Of China’s Listed Photovoltaic Companies

It is a consensus of global society to promote the development of the low carbon,clean,renewable energy model.In the mean time,our country is striving to build a energy system which is low carbon,clean,safe and efficient.In order to work out the investment decision,we should enable investors to find out the actual situation of the companies.According to the financial data of the listed companies,the result of the financial analysis can be more objective.First,the paper selected 8 financial indicators to measure the profitability of listed PV companies from the aspects of availability,quantity and stability.Then,we reviewed the development status of the photovoltaic industry at home and abroad.After that,we evaluate the profitability of listed PV companies in 2017 by means of Factor Analysis Approach.And it is obvious to find that the concentration tendency of profitability of listed PV companies in China.In addition,Entropy Method is applied to comprehensive evaluate the profitability and the change of listed PV companies in the past five years.At last,Suggestions are made for improving the profitability of listed PV companies according to the results.
