The pressure of environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction is increasing day by day,and the development of clean energy is imperative.In recent years,the northern region of China has caused serious environmental pollution problems due to coal-fired heating,which has created room for development of clean energy heating.The northeast region is rich in wind power resources.In order to improve the utilization rate of wind power,electric heating is gradually widely used.However,the use of wind power faces many challenges.The direct-supply electric heating system has many difficulties in promoting the application of technology due to its high heating cost and the large difference between the peak and valley of the power grid.Combining phase change heat storage materials and building envelopes to develop prefabricated building components suitable for electric heating,which can realize valley electricity price heat storage,peak electricity price heat release,reasonable use of peak valley electricity prices,and improve heating economy,Realizing the "peak cutting and valley filling" of the power grid,and creating conditions for the rapid development of clean energy heating.This research designed and developed a new type of phase change heat storage floor heating module,using paraffin microcapsules as low-temperature phase change heat storage material,encapsulating the paraffin and combining it with building materials,and using aluminum particles(aluminum powder)as heat transfer enhancement Materials,improve the thermal conductivity of paraffin wax,use building materials such as gypsum or cement mortar as the base material,strengthen the combined design and phase change heat storage electric heating building component module combined with electric heating heating device,use thermal characteristics experiments to determine aluminum particles and paraffin wax The optimal ratio of microcapsule mixing and phase change heat storage process.Using Fluent software simulation,the phase change thermal storage layer is made of pure cement mortar,paraffin microcapsules / aluminum particles / cement mortar,paraffin microcapsules / aluminum particles / gypsum,and three groups of different composite phase change modules are used for comparative analysis.The process of the capsule's temperature changing with time,heat storage and release performance.The test data was obtained through the thermal characteristics experiments of six groups of sample modules,and the heat storage and discharge performance was analyzed.Combined with graph prism software for data processing,it is concluded that the addition of 42 ° C paraffin microcapsules / aluminum particles / cement mortar as the composite phase change material in the heat storage layer has the best heat storage and release performance,which can make full use of the nighttime electricity price to store heat,To meet the heating needs during the day.Through the combination of composite phase change heat storage material building components and electric heating devices,the effective use of rich wind power and peak-valley electricity price differences can achieve economic heating demand,reduce the cost of electric heating,and provide clean energy heating development and energy saving and emission reduction Technical support creates conditions for the future development of China's clean energy heating.
