Research On The Planning And Application Of Modern Wooden Visitor Center Based On Crs Architectural Programming Theory

Tourism develops rapidly with the growth of national economy.Visitor center buildings emerge as the window of tourist attractions to provide comprehensive services for visitors.In the meantime,in order to maintain the environment of scenic area,more and more visitor center buildings are designed in modern timber structure.The research of this article focuses on how to scientifically design visitor center buildings in modern timber structure through preliminary planning.In this article,the planning system of the visitor center buildings in modern timber structure is built by using the theoretical basis of CRS architectural programming of William · Pener as the method,on the basis of the design philosophy of buildings in modern timber structure and visitor center buildings.It is hoped that the planning research in the early period can provide guidance for the architectural design,construction operation in the later period.In this article,firstly,the technical route of the planning of visitor center buildings in modern timber structure is put forward in combination of the CRS programming mode and the basic theory of visitor center buildings in modern timber structure;secondly,build the whole visitor center building in modern timber structure according to the following five steps of the CRS architectural programming theory:target determination,information collection and fact analysis,concept examination,definition of fundamental demands,and problem statement;and then,the related important information and elements are filtered out according to the characteristics of buildings in modern timber structure and visitor center buildings: programming of site and form,programming of space and function,application of energy saving and protective technology,and intelligent operation management,so as to complete the planning system for the visitor center building in modern timber structure,and thedesign strategy of the visitor center in modern timber structure is put forward;finally,the new visitor center project Jingyuetan in Changchun is taken as the practice project.According to the research results mentioned above,the design requirements for the project are made,and the conceptual plan of the project is proposed.
