Traditional mechanical product design calculations mostly adopt manual or computer-aided design system.These methods are only suitable for design calculations where the design calculation process is relatively fixed,and the degree of automation and intelligence is low.In this paper,a method based on knowledge graph is proposed to automate the design calculation process of mechanical products.This method uses knowledge graph to model the product calculation process.When a specific calculation requirement is given,the corresponding calculation service process is obtained by extracting the semantic information and automatic reasoning of the requirement,and then the design calculation of the given requirement is completed.A crane product intelligent design modeling cloud service platform is developed to verify the validity and correctness of the proposed design method.Specifically,the main work of this paper includes:1.The ontology model of crane design calculation requirements is constructed based on knowledge graph to extract semantic information of product calculation requirement.Based on the requirement ontology model,the requirement semantic information extraction algorithm is designed according to Depth First Search(DFS).2.The Jersey framework is used to encapsulate the REST(Representational State Transfer)of services.According to the crane structure,the design calculation knowledge module is divided,and the design calculation service interface is provided for the design calculation knowledge module.3.An automatic method of mechanical product design calculation process based on knowledge graph is proposed.According to the calculation requirements and services,not only the design calculation process ontology is constructed,but also the algorithm of generation of calculation process graph,calculation service matching,and calculation service flow is designed.Taking the design calculation process of crane products as an example,the correctness of the proposed method is verified.4.The prototype system of crane product cloud service platform based on knowledge graph is developed.The system mainly includes user management module,design calculation requirement module,design calculation service module design calculation service flow module and knowledge graph management and maintenance module.The system can adapt to the design calculation requirements of crane products,automatically complete the calculation process of the design requirements,and obtain correct calculation results.
