In recent years,urban water security and water environment have become important factors restricting the sustainable development of China's economy.In order to mitigate the impact of these problems,a new concept of rain and flood management based on low impact development technology,"Sponge City",began to emerge in China.In the decision-making phase,the selection and scientific layout of LID facilities and their combined systems is the key to building a sponge city.However,China has a vast territory,and factors such as economic and social development,hydrogeological conditions,and natural geographical environment have quite local characteristics.Therefore,how to adjust the sponge city to the research area scientifically and reasonably is an important issue for the construction of eco-city.First of all,through field research and the consolidation of relevant policies and regulations,this study constructed a multi-objective optimization model of rainwater regulation with cost-effectiveness,flood control and pollution reduction as the optimization target,and the storage volume and facility size as the constraint stake,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization and rational layout of LID facilities in the construction area.Secondly,the basic theory and solving method of multi-objective optimization problems are introduced.Based on the comparison of similarities and differences and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages,an attempt is made to use a compound weighted multi-objective particle swarm algorithm to solve the optimization model.Simultaneous operation of the simulation ensures the economics,safety and reliability of the design scheme.Finally,the research results were applied to a developed demonstration area of sponge facilities in a new district in Jiaxing City.At the same time,the weights of each objective function were reasonably allocated according to the needs of the reconstruction of different projects,providing three preference optimizations for decision makers Reconstruction plan(cost-oriented,water-oriented,and water-quality-oriented),and compared with the traditional methods of planning,and found that the optimization model has significant advantages in planning efficiency,economy,water quality and water volume reduction rate,and optimization of LID facilities layout Provide technical support for the future design of the sponge city in the building community.
