With the rapid development of computer and other electronic technology,the speed of its operation puts forward higher requirements for the heat dissipation of radiator.Due to the urgent problem of electron heat dissipation with high heat flux and the excellent flow characteristics of the impinging flow,the impinging flow of the radiator follows the trend.In this paper,the effects of channel structure,flow velocity,impact inlet width,and flow medium on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the impinging flow radiator are studied by numerical simulation,and a design method for optimizing the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the radiator is proposed.First,set the structural parameters of different radiators,and conduct numerical analysis on the radiators with different structural parameters.Analyze the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the channel under different flow speeds.As the flow speed increases,the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the impingement radiator increases.At the same time,the streamline and velocity distribution at a certain cross section in the vertical direction of the channel are analyzed.By comparing the streamline and velocity distribution of different cross sections,the analysis shows that when the flow speed is higher,the degree of turbulence in the channel is greater,and the flow medium is The greater the resistance to the flow in the channel,the vortex formed in the channel will change as the flow velocity increases.The vector distribution of pressure and velocity in different flow media is analyzed.When the flow medium is air,because of its small density,the main flow influence range is near the impact inlet,and in the same case,when the air is the flow medium,the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the impact flow plate fin radiator is small.In the case of different channel shapes,the pressure distribution in the channel o f the impinging flow plate fin radiator and the streamline distribution at the section of X = 0mm are analyzed.According to the comparison of the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the radiator with optimized channel shape and rectangular channel shape,it can be concluded that the optimized channel shape can effectively optimize the flow characteristics in the radiator.According to the comparison of the average temperature distribution at the section Y = 0 between the optimized radiator and the rectangular channel radiator,it is found that the optimized radiator has better heat dissipation performance.
