With the rise of our country's economy,the development of science and technology and the continuous promotion of urbanization,the urban population is increasing year by year,public transportation system plays a great role in people's life.With the maturity of 5G technology,the country is vigorously promoting the development of public transport system towards intelligence and informatization.The establishment of a scientific bus management system will effectively promote the development of urban traffic system.The system designed in this paper is helpful for the traffic management department to understand the residents' travel situation and master the running status of the bus lines.The system is of great significance for the traffic management department to plan new bus lines.The system provides data support for the government and traffic management department in urban traffic construction.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of the bus intelligent management system,which is described in detail from the system requirements analysis,system outline design,system detailed design and implementation as well as system test.The front-end of the system is developed by React,and the back-end of the system is developed by Spring Boot.The system operates the data in My SQL through the server,and transmits the processed data results to the client.The system uses the LSTM neural network to predict the bus traffic,and plans the route through Dijkstra algorithm.The system consists of four modules: bus traffic multi-dimensional analysis module,bus line network optimization analysis module,uncommon bus line Identification module and bus cost subsidy module.The bus traffic multi-dimensional analysis module is to analyze the traffic data of the line and the line network,and to analyze the bus travel characteristics.The bus line network optimization analysis module is to plan the optimal bus route according to the first and last station.The uncommon bus line Identification module compares the data between the uncommon lines and the common bus lines.The bus cost subsidy module is to make statistics on the expenditure of the bus companies and manage the fund subsidies of each bus line.At present,the system has been applied to Huangpu District,Guangzhou.The system provides traffic management departments with traffic data analysis of each bus line,and displays the citizens travel characteristics in the form of heat map.The system recommends the optimal bus line for the bus planning department,analyzes and identifies the uncommon bus line,which is helpful for the bus planning department to make a reasonable decision in the traffic design.
