As an important part of urban infrastructure,the blockage of drainage system will lead to the accumulation of rain water on the surface,resulting in urban waterlogging,seriously affecting people’s production and life.At present,the sewage pipe can only be inspected by the original manual work,which has great hidden danger and can not find and solve the problem in time.Due to the particularity of sewage pipeline environment,the existing flowmeter is not suitable,there are problems such as twining garbage,high application cost,etc..Therefore,based on the float-type water level detection method and the floating ball flow around theory,this paper designs three kinds of sewage pipeline water level and velocity remote monitoring devices(parallel rod type,double pull rope type and telescopic rod type),thus,it can realize the real-time on-line monitoring of the water level and flow velocity in the pipeline scientifically and effectively,and has high social application value.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The theory of flow around floating ball is analyzed.Based on floating ball flow around theory and float-type water level detection method,the structure of water level and flow velocity detection system of three kinds of detection devices is designed and analyzed.(2)The circuit and the software system of the water level and flow velocity monitoring device are designed,the hardware components and the electronic component are selected and purchased,and the data collected by the sensor are processed through the software design,and then the data detected locally is transmitted remotely.(3)The prototype of three kinds of water level and flow velocity monitoring devices were fabricated,and the engineering drawing,three-dimensional modeling,parts processing and assembling,and hardware circuit welding and connection were completed.(4)The experimental test and analysis of three kinds of water level and flow velocity monitoring devices are completed.the general performance test of the mechanical structure,software and hardware system and sensor of the three kinds of monitoring devices is completed,the parameter calibration experiment is completed,and the accuracy test,error analysis and economic analysis of the calibrated devices are carried out.The correctness and rationality of the design scheme are verified by many experiments.The three kinds of remote monitoring devices for liquid level and velocity of sewage pipeline designed in this paper have the advantages of no garbage hanging,easy installation and remote real-time monitoring.The economic analysis of the detection device shows that the manufacturing cost is low,which is favorable for wide application.Through the comparison and analysis of experiments,it is found that the floating ball with cone tail can avoid hanging garbage,the double-pulling rope type detection device has better detection stability under the condition of torrent,and the telescopic rod type detection device has compact structure,but its stability is not good in the torrent,the detection precision is relatively high under the condition of steady water flow.
