At present,for the Belt and Road Initiative and the continuous operation of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway and the existing lines,diesel locomotives have an irreplaceable position.In view of the widespread use of weak electric equipment based on microelectronic devices on diesel locomotives,the problem of electromagnetic interference between strong and weak electricity has appeared more and more frequently,and has begun to attract the attention of railway workers and scholars.The traction motor of the diesel locomotive may cause serious interference to the cab signaling,causing severe distortion of the code pattern from the receiving coil,and even other code pattern characteristics,resulting in mutation and decoding error of the cab signaling,which may cause braking to reduce operating efficiency,even bring hidden safety hazards due to signal upgrade.Based on such failure cases,this thesis studies the factors of the radiated magnetic field of the locomotive traction motor and the external interference,analyzes the causes of the interference of cab signaling on-board system with the actual case of the railway,and puts forward solutions to ensure the accuracy of the decoding of cab signaling.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Interference analysis of locomotive traction motor on cab signaling receiving coil.Starting from the structural principles of locomotives,the causes of interference caused by the locomotive drive system and the traction motor are introduced.Based on the three elements of electromagnetic disturbance,the interference of the typical traction motor on the cab signaling receiving coil and its coupling relationship is analyzed.(2)State analysis and simulation analysis of three-phase asynchronous motor.The working conditions of the three-phase asynchronous motor,the magnetic potential of the motor winding and the relationship between the induced current and the magnetic field are summarized;Based on the finite element and the Maxwell equations,the simulation model of the traction motor is built to study the magnetic field interference strength of the traction motor under different working conditions.(3)Quantitative research on the interference of cab signaling.Taking the AC counting track circuit actually applied in the field as an example,the time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis of the track circuit is performed;Through the ANSYS simulation platform,the waveform of the cab signaling when receiving three different signals is studied;Comparing to the railway site data,the cause of cab signaling interference is obtained on the locomotive.(4)Analysis of cab signaling interference suppression measures.Based on the commonly used suppression technology of electromagnetic interference,the active shielding method is adopted to suppress the electromagnetic interference of traction motor for cab signaling;Through ANSYS simulation analysis,the suppression effect is given.Figures: 54,Tables: 12,References: 51.
