With the diversification of urban travel demand and the continuous expansion of rail transit scale,the characteristics of rail transit network operation are more and more obvious.Complex network structure and random od demand lead to more and more complex relationship among different stations in urban rail transit operation network.Network operation can improve the accessibility of rail transit and facilitate passenger travel,but it also increases the probability,intensity and influence range of passenger congestion propagation,which not only reduces the transportation efficiency,but also increases the safety risk,and brings great challenges to the operation and organization of urban rail transit.Therefore,in order to organize the station operation safely and efficiently,it is necessary to master the propagation law of passenger flow congestion,perceive the station status in advance,and take relevant control measures to alleviate the large-scale propagation state of congestion.This paper focuses on the congestion propagation of urban rail transit,and discusses a research method of congestion propagation law considering urban rail transit network structure and station heterogeneity.The main research work includes:(1)Statistical analysis of passenger flow data of Beijing rail transit.The temporal and spatial characteristics of passenger flow from two aspects of station and line is analyzed,the impact of passenger flow change on congestion propagation is studied,and the temporal and spatial characteristics of congestion propagation is summarized.Then,Space L method is used to build the network topology model of rail transit,and the propagation process of congestion passenger flow on urban rail network is studied,and the relevant factors affecting the propagation of urban rail transit passenger flow congestion are summarized,which provides the reference for analyzing the propagation law of passenger flow congestion.(2)Analysis of the topological characteristics of rail transit network and the mechanism of passenger flow between stations.This paper summarizes the impact of passenger flow,line transportation capacity,network structure and other factors on the process of passenger flow congestion propagation,and selects the station classification index according to the influencing factors.Then,SOM neural network algorithm and fuzzy classification method are used to classify the stations.In order to meet the requirements of multi index clustering,the similarity measurement function of the algorithm is improved.Finally,a station classification method for congestion propagation is constructed to provide the basis of station parameter analysis for the subsequent study of passenger congestion propagation low of urban rail transit network.(3)Research on traffic congestion propagation model of urban rail transit.Based on the analysis of the SIR propagation model of complex networks,considering the network topology of urban rail transit,a passenger flow congestion propagation model that conforms to the characteristics of urban rail transit networks is constructed.Then,the propagation rate and recovery rate in the model are quantified based on the temporal and spatial differences of station passenger flow and train transportation capacity,which can more truly reflect the passenger flow propagation law of urban rail transit network.(4)Model validation analysis based on actual data.Based on the background of Beijing rail transit network,combined with the actual road network data,this paper classifies the urban rail transit stations,and then study the traffic congestion propagation law of different types of stations as initial congestion stations,so as to provide reference for the operation and organization of urban rail transit.Based on the traditional SIR model,this paper studies the congestion propagation law of urban rail transit.On the one hand,the classification of stations can reflect the propagation characteristics of different types of stations,and provide the station parameter basis for the study of passenger congestion propagation law.On the other hand,the improvement of the traditional SIR model can grasp the propagation law of passenger congestion and provide a theoretical basis for the network operation of urban rail transit.
