With the development of electronic technology,low voltage and high current DC switching power supply is applied more and more widely.The power supply capacity of single power module is difficult to meet the requirements,and multiple modules can be operated in parallel to meet the requirements.However,the parameters of each module can not be completely consistent.It is necessary to carry out current sharing control to ensure power balance.In this paper,the power balance control of distributed power supply is studied based on Zynq-7015 main processor.Firstly,the scheme of digital current sharing distributed power supply is studied.The scheme takes Zynq-7015 as the main processor,which is responsible for implementing the digital current sharing control algorithm.The control instructions are transmitted to each power module through the CAN bus,thereby realizing the automatic current sharing control of the power module.DSP carries out data communication between the controller of the power modules through the DSP CAN module and the Zynq-7015 CAN module.Secondly,the communication function between Zynq-7015 and Lab VIEW based Gigabit Ethernet is realized.The host computer directly displays and records the input voltage,current and output voltage,current and other data of the power module in the form of charts,and designs control buttons for the power module.The user can observe the operation of the power module and control the start and stop of the power module in real time.Finally,two LLC series parallel resonant converter parallel systems with input DC 70V?100V,output DC 50 V and power 2k W are built.Experiments on digital current sharing control based on Zynq-7015 are completed.Experiments show that the distributed power supply control strategy can achieve better current sharing effect and antiinterference capability,and it has certain practical engineering application significance.
