In recent years,zero emission,sustainable new energy electric vehicles have become an important new choice in the transportation industry.By the end of 2019,the number of new energy vehicles in China had reached 3.81 million,an increase of 46.05% compared with the end of 2018.With the continuous and strong development of new energy vehicles,the corresponding demand for operation and maintenance has gradually emerged.Special testing equipment for car batteries of electric vehicles needs to be developed.Based on application scenarios such as 4S stores,this article designs an integrated system for charging and inspection at the front end of the platform for the electric vehicle operation and maintenance platform.In addition to the charging function,the system can also carry out the daily fast performance test,special performance test and data collection for vehicle batteries,becoming a comprehensive system integrating multiple functional requirements of electric vehicles.Firstly,the article designs the overall framework of the integrated charging and inspection system.Determine the main functions of the system to be completed.The infrastructure work includes: building charge and discharge control link,timely communication network between modules,data link responsible for data collection,compression and return.The innovative functions of the system include: rapid test function of power battery performance,optimized compression of power battery data,high compatibility configuration function of related protocol information.Secondly,based on the massive battery data generated by the existing operating environment,this article proposes an optimized compressed data algorithm to reduce the cost of data transmission and storage.Based on the analysis of the regular characteristics of power battery data and the summary of data compression algorithms,several optimized data compression algorithms are proposed to effectively improve the data compression performance.According to its applicability and calculation amount,the combination of optimization algorithms is applied to different application scenarios.Then,in order to realize the rapid detection and identification of the consistency state of the vehicle battery pack,the article summarizes and analyzes the performance of inconsistent corresponding performance problems during the charging process,and studies various consistency detection methods and outlier detection methods.After that,the principle of outlier detection based on statistical model is selected,and the battery charging process data is used to construct a rapid identification method of power battery consistency.Methods screen out the cells with extreme performance in the battery pack,determine the type of the problem,and evaluate the extreme degree of the cell and the consistency of the battery pack.Subsequently,the selection of the algorithm threshold and the influence of the number of batteries on the identification results are discussed,and the validity of the algorithm’s identification results is verified.Finally,this article applies the two algorithms studied above to the system and implements operation of the whole system.In order to realize the effective operation of each module in the system,a comprehensive communication network based on hardware communication and network communication is established.In order to improve the compatibility and expansibility of the system,the configurable functions of battery information protocol and test flow are created.At last,the function of charge and discharge,data acquisition and transmission link and battery performance fast detection are realized in the logical process of the system,and the basic and innovative functions are jointly constructed,and the function verification and performance test of the system are carried out through experiments.
