With the extensive application of computer technologies,the scale of the train control system is constantly expanding,leading to diverse,random and concurrent faults.At present,the domestic research on the fault diagnosis of high-speed train control system focuses on the fault diagnosis method of single equipment,ignoring the overall organic correlation of the system and the internal logic of the operation data of train control system.Considering the problem that the operation data of each subsystem cannot be effectively integrated for analysis when the system fails,this thesis proposed a systemlevel method for the fault diagnosis of the logic functions of train control system.The main work of the thesis includes the following aspects:(1)A system-level scheme for the fault diagnosis of train control system was proposed based on operation data.Hierarchical modeling method and hybrid modeling theory were used to abstract the operation logic of the core functions of the train control system,so as to establish the safety logic models of the core functions of the train control system.By judging the correctness of the internal logic of the operation data of train control system through the safety logic models,the fault diagnosis of protection method and operation logic of train control system can be realized.(2)Using SCADE(safety critical application development environment),the safety logic models of the functions of route control,mode transition,and movement authority sending were established,and the models were used as the basis for checking the correctness of the operation data logic of the train control system.Boolean logic expressions were used to describe the specification requirements of the related functions,which were used as the conditions of safety logic models for checking the operation data of the train control system.According to the judgment results of the models,the fault of the specific logic functions of the train control system can be identified.(3)The safety logic check method for overspeed protection function was proposed.According to the hybrid characteristics of the train operation,and the fact that the existing overspeed protection function based on discrete modeling fails to monitor the train behaviors between the control cycles of on-board equipment,the hybrid automata model was used to describe the train operation control process,and calculate the model's reachable set of train operation behaviors between the on-board equipment control cycles.By comparing the reachable set with the insecurity set,the possible dangers and hidden faults of the train between the on-board equipment control cycles can be discovered.(4)Four typical train operation scenarios were constructed for simulation analysis.The train operation data under the four scenarios with manually injected faults were used as the input of the safety logic model to verify the effectiveness of the method proposed in this thesis.The results demonstrate that the safety logic model can accurately discover the error in the operation logic of the train control system,and can find the dangerous behaviors of the train ignored by the overspeed protection function based on discrete control.
