This thesis mainly dealt with the problem of poor lubrication caused by the vacuum evaporation of attitude control flywheel lubricating oil / grease in space of tiny satellites, which leads to the serious wear of bearings. With the goal of preparing solid wearresistant lubricating coatings, this thesis proposes a research program which is microwave irradiation curing lubrication coating. The tribological properties of microwave-cured lubricating coatings were studied and compared with heating-cured coatings,as well as the anti-wear and anti-wear mechanism of the coatings, which provided an evidence for the performance evaluation of microwave-cured coatings.First, according to the laboratory's existing lubricant coating formula,it was determined that the amount ratio of lubricant filler was graphite: Mo S2: Ce F3: Al2O3 = 5: 25: 3: 1.The amount of binder was calculated and adjusted to 4g according to the particle close-packing model. The appropriate amount of solvent was 5.5g after experimenting with the preparation of the lubricating coating. The process parameters of compression spraying through theoretical analysis and practical operation was determined.Microwave curing was performed to determine the range of optimal curing time. After determining the parameters for preparing the lubricating coating, the experimental preparation was performed and its tribological properties were studied.First, the properties of the lubricating coating prepared by microwave curing were studied. The tribological experiments of the microwave curing lubricating coating were carried out under the conditions of continuous microwave curing, intermittent microwave curing, different rotating speed, different pressure, and polishing. It was concluded that the coating prepared by microwave curing for 10 minutes had the best performance, and the optimum operating conditions of microwave curing lubricating coating were 2N(1200MPa)and 500 rpm.Secondly, the performance of the lubricant coating prepared under the condition of heat curing was studied. The tribological experiments were carried out under different curing time, rotating speed, and pressure. The results showed that the performance of the lubricant coating prepared by heat curing for 30 minutes was the best, and the optimum operating conditions of microwave curing lubricating coating were 2N(1200MPa)and 500 rpm. Finally, the best performance of microwave curing and heat curing lubrication coating was compared. It was found that microwave curing can significantly shorten the curing time and improve the tribological properties of the coating. In view of the excellent performance of microwave curing coating, the reaction mechanism was studied. The tribological mechanism of the coating was studied by using different analytical instruments.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to analyze the worn scar and the unworn area.It was found that the wear failure form of the heat curing lubrication coating was abrasive wear, and the transfer film could be formed during the wear process of the microwave curing lubrication coating.Energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS)was used to analyze the surface of worn scar.It was found that the curing method had no effect on the dispersion of lubricating filler, and the tribological mechanism of heat curing and microwave curing lubricating coating was the same. This thesis systematically studies the preparation and performance of microwavecured lubricating coatings and provides a reliable reference for coating preparation and performance improvement.
