As the transportation and the continuous development of underground space development and utilization technology,full-section tunnel boring machine(TBM)construction that is a main construction method of tunnel engineering has been rapidly developed and widely used in China.TBM construction has accumulated a large amount of tunneling Data such as parameters,geological parameters,related videos and pictures,and how to mine,manage and use these data is significant for the design and construction of TBM.This article uses Python QT and My SQL database technology,first of all,to build a My SQL database based on TBM construction data;secondly,to use Py Qt to design database login,data entry,data query,data statistics and correlation analysis operation interface;finally,the construction data management system was tested to verify the operability and practicability of the database by importing a large amount of construction data.The main research work and results in the paper are as follows:(1)Investigated the current status of research at home and abroad,and determined the selection of tunnel parameter information,TBM construction organization information,TBM design parameters,driving distance and time,tunnel driving parameters,geological parameters,driving efficiency and picture information during TBM construction as TBM construction Data for storage.(2)By comparative analysis of SQL Server,My SQL,Oracle,DB2 and Access databases,select the My SQL database that meets the requirements;determine Python QT and Python language as development tools and data analysis language;analysis based on data storage needs and system functional requirements,carry out the conceptual structure design and logical structure design of TBM database,and build the database.(3)Used Python QT technology to design the account login management module,engineering project information module,construction data import module,construction data query module,data statistics and chart module,and data mining and analysis module.(4)Established engineering information module,input basic information of engineering project,import actual engineering TBM construction data;perform data cleaning on the selected 34.8 thousand data,and then import the cleaned data into the established database for testing Data entry function of the system.(5)Used the developed data statistics and chart module to extract five main TBM driving parameters including cutter head speed,cutter head torque,heading speed,thrust,and penetration that have been stored in the database,and perform statistical analysis of the heading parameter distribution law to obtain important indicators of tunneling parameters;used data mining and analysis modules,correlation analysis and prediction of selected tunneling parameters are performed.The research results of this paper can provide help for the design of TBM,the storage,mining and utilization of TBM tunnel(hole)construction data and the control of TBM tunneling.
