Research And Design Of The Permanent Magnet Actuator For Medium Voltage AC Circuit Breaker

With the development of the switching apparatus industry,the disadvantages of the traditional operation mechanism are becoming more and more obvious,which mainly includes the non energy saving,complex structure and low reliability.The permanent magnetic actuator which is developed in recent years has been developed in recent years.It has been studied and applied in high voltage switchgear,but it is not yet fully developed.Ansys finite element software is used to obtain the static suction characteristic curve of permanent magnetic operating mechanism.The theoretical analysis and actual test results is combined with the experimental data and engineering test results.The simulation results are more accurate and the feasibility of theoretical analysis and optimization design can be ensured by adjusting the simulation parameters.In the design and development process of the circuit breaker,the paper uses the dynamic simulation software ADAMS which analyses the motion of the structural components and focus on the analysis with the spring operation mechanism.Analyse the motion parameters and the difference of the two operation mechanisms to provide the basis of comparison and analysis.The simulation works of Ansys finite element software and motion simulation of Adams software provide theoretical guarantee for the development of the circuit breaker ensuring the accuracy of the simulation work including the feedback of the experimental data.Through the previous simulation and the engineering test machine's manufacture and the performance test and detection results,The research and development work has finished.
