In this article,the commercial vehicle anti-rollover control carried out correlation st udy and test based on the model-based design method.The anti-rollover control theory research as the basis,establish anti-rollover control model.The embedded code is generated by the automatic code generation tool,and the bench test is carried out by the prototype of the controller to verify the practicability of anti-rollover control method.The research mainly completes the theoretical verification,prototype design and bench test verification of anti-rollover control.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,theoretical research on anti-rollover control of commercial vehicles is carried out.The application of impulse braking excitation to detect the lateral axle load transfer rate of non-driving axle LTR_f and a method to reduce rollover risk by differential braking control are studied in this article.The advantage of the anti-rollover control is that the process of rollover detection is independent of vehicle structural parameters.Then,the rapid prototype of anti-rollover controller for commercial vehicle is designed by model-based method.The control model is built by using the Simulink tool,and the simulation validation under various typical rollover conditions is carried out.Using ABS/ASR controller prototype and code generation tool,the anti-rollover control model is converted into embedded code to implement control prototype system development.Finally,the anti-rollover control prototype bench test is carried out.The developed control prototype is embedded in the brake system hardware of three-axle commercial vehicle,and the control prototype bench test under various typical rollover conditions is carried out in the control loop of the ring bench.The test results show that the anti-rollover control prototype designed in this paper is consist ent with the theoretical simulation results,and can greatly reduce the risk of vehicle rollover.
