At present,with the rapid development of automobile industry,and due to the energy crisis and environmental protection and other related issues,the related technology of electric vehicles has become a hot research topic in the automobile industry.However,the shortag e of endurance mileage is the most important problem restricting the development of electric vehicles.Because the energy state of the el ectric vehicle can not be measured directly and there are too many factors affected,the estimation of the range of the electric vehicle is not accurate enough.The mileage anxiety brought to passengers further shortens the range of electric vehicles.Therefore,accurate estimation of the residual energy state of electric vehicles is helpful to the development of electric vehicles.In this paper,a battery residual energy estimation method based on future vehicle condition prediction is proposed.Based on the commercial ternary polymer lithium-ion batteries of a company,the future power is predicted after experiments and parameter identification,and then the proposed method is modeled and verified by simulation.The main work of this paper is as foliows:Firstly,considering that the physical SOC of the core varies greatly under various operating conditions,a new SOCT is defined as the basis of SOC estimation for experimental and simulation calculation,and the advantages and disadvantages of various models are compared,and the equivalent circuit model is chosen as the basis of calculation.Then the battery parameters under the influence of temperature and SOC are identified,and the calibration curve is formed.On this basis,extended Kalman filter is used to estimate the current SOC accurately.Secondly,the current power and historical vehicle information are used to predict the future power of the vehicle under the three driving modes,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.Thirdly,based on the future power of automobile,a complete flow of battery residual energy prediction method based on future power and parameter change prediction is proposed.Then,the calibration method of cut-off point in battery prediction domain and the discrete integration method of residual energy are given.Finally,based on the forecasting method of residual energy of core proposed above,the modeling and Simulation of MATLAB/Simulink are carried out.FuDS dynamic working conditions at different temperatures were used to verify the proposed method,and the energy error was controlled within 3%.
