There is still a big gap between the level of hot rolling production technology in China and the advanced level in the world.At the same time,users also put forward higher requirements for the thickness accuracy and shape quality of sheet and strip.At present,the plate is mainly used for automobile model processing,ship plate processing and oil pipe laying.One of the important parameters is slab thickness.It is an important means to improve the precision of hot coil to improve the precision of parameters preset in the computer control system of rolling process.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the automatic setting of roll gap for improving the quality of hot strip.From the current market situation,the hot coil output at home and abroad is significantly higher than the market demand,so the product quality and performance determine the competitiveness of the enterprise,and the roll gap control of the rolling mill is one of the most important process parameters in the hot rolling production process.Because the size and stability of the roll gap directly affect the thickness and shape of the finished product in the rolling process,so the precise roll gap control Is the key to a rolling mill.The control system is to realize the feedback of roll gap in the rolling process through sensor detection.In order to achieve the accurate control of the plate thickness,the flatness meter and multi-function meter are used to detect the thickness change of the plate.The automatic control and optimization of the roll gap are realized through the roll gap control actuator,so as to ensure the accuracy of the roll gap change in the rolling process and realize the automatic control process of the roll gap.In this design,the roughing mill of a hot rolling mill is the main research object.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign related literature and summarizing the system technical data,this paper has done a lot of research work.First of all,the paper introduces the technological process and requirements for field rolling,expounds the characteristics of wide-band steel plate thickness control,and selects the realization mode according to the requirements,analyzes the characteristics of two control modes of motor roll gap control and hydraulic roll gap control.Secondly,aiming at the process of reducing the deviation of strip thickness,improving the precision of strip thickness and stabilizing the rolling production,the existing rolling theory and rolling parameter calculation model are studied,and the hydraulic roll gap control is deeply studied,and its basic working principle,main functions and control mode are described.The control theory,working mode and roll gap control process(including automatic control program,position closed-loop and pressure closed-loop control)of AGC system are deeply analyzed.The stable rolling of rolling mill is realized by various control methods,such as head and tail compensation,oil film thickness compensation,roll thermal expansion and wear compensation,impact reduction compensation,micro tension control between vertical bar and flat roll,etc The roll gap control of the motor is simulated.Thirdly,according to the field production process,the design scheme of hardware and software is given,the PLC control system is built,the sensor model is determined,the field control process is realized through the control template and collection template,and the corresponding parameters are adjusted through the field ODG curve to achieve the control requirements.
