With the accelerated development of globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition,how to maintain vitality through continuous organizational learning has always been the focus of academic circles at home and abroad.The classical learning organization process model provides us with dynamic theoretical ideas,but does not dig deep into the specific learning process at each stage of organizational learning and the causal process of learning organization.This paper takes Jatco Guangzhou as a case enterprise,fully collects interview data and second-hand data,uses the grounded theory to encode and analyze the data,and finally extracts 129 concepts,44 sub-categories,9 main categories and the core category of “the learning organization generation mechanism”.We summarized the constituent elements of the learning organization generation mechanism,then disassembled and dissected the elements,and finally extracted the learning organization generation mechanism model.The research finds that:(1)The learning organization generation mechanism consists of 9 elements,among which 3 definition elements are organizational goals,value realization and shared vision;3 relationship elements are learning preparation,learning execution and learning feedback;effect elements are support factors,driving factors,and constraint factors.(2)The organization goes through three phases of learning preparation—learning execution—learning feedback around a shared vision and forms an organizational learning cycle.Among them,the organization can realize the externalization of learning and the internalization of learning in the learning execution stage by the internal lecturer system and the project system.The learning externalization is the knowledge spread of the learning internalization,and the learning externalization supports the learning internalization,the results of the learning internalization directly drives the assessment and promotion system,which is the key to the organization learning cycle.(3)The learning organization experiences the path of organizationgoal-organization learning-value realization.The research results in this paper further enrich the definition of the learning organization and the classical process model theory,and also bring some reference to the organization learning and building learning organization in the new era.
