The structure of self-anchored suspension bridge is simple,which is not restricted by terrain and geological conditions in the bridge construction.The unique structure also determines the construction sequence of the unique "first beam and then cable" of self-anchored suspension bridge.The construction technology of self-anchored suspension bridge is relatively complicated and difficult.The key lies in whether the linear shape of the bridge can reach the ideal linear shape of the design.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the linear shape in the construction.Based on the engineering background of a single-tower self-anchored suspension bridge in Handan city,Hebei province,this paper studies the construction technology of the single-tower self-anchored suspension bridge,determines the reasonable construction scheme,and combines the monitoring and measurement of each construction stage to control the construction process reasonably,so that the actual bridge line shape can reach the design target line shape.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The importance of linear shape to the structure and the necessity of linear control after the completion of the bridge in construction are clarified,and the purpose,content and method of construction control for construction monitoring of self-anchored suspension bridge are studied.This paper provides theoretical support for controlling the alignment of the bridge by means of construction monitoring in the following construction,and also puts forward some guiding opinions for the construction of such bridges in the future.(2)A single tower in Handan city since the anchor suspension bridge as engineering background,according to the structural characteristics of steel-concrete combined beam,the construction technology of the bridge is studied in detail and reasonably from the aspects of construction environment,construction technology and construction requirements,including: construction of stiffening girder erection construction installation,main tower and cable system construction,erection of cable system construction of catwalks and main cable erection construction have made detailed research,provide design reference for similar bridges in the future and the construction guidance.(3)In this paper,finite element simulation analysis is carried out for the proposed suspender tensioning scheme,namely,the side span first suspension cable,the main span suspension cable and then the thrust cable saddle,and theoretical basis is obtained.This paper studies the construction control of erection of main girder,cable strand and aerial cable in construction,compares and analyzes the field measured data and theoretical data based on the monitoring scheme proposed in this paper,so as to ensure that the linear shape of the bridge can reach the ideal state of design.It can provide reference for similar bridge construction control in the future.
