Pure electric vehicles have the characteristics of clean and efficient.It can solve the shortage of energy,air pollution and other issues effectively.Its energy comes from the Lithium-ion battery pack and its power comes from the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The reliability of the them is very important for the power and safety of pure electric vehicles.In face of the complex and changeable operating environment.The design of fault diagnosis platform for electrified driven Powertrains in pure electric vehicles can achieve real-time monitoring of fault and avoid security incidents.With the rapid development of intelligent and informatization of pure electric vehicles and the raising requirement of security and reliability.The demand for the ability of fault monitoring and man-machine interaction is enhanced.In this paper,a fault diagnosis platform based on LabVIEW and MATLAB is designed.It has the functions of real-time monitoring,data processing,warning and fault simulation.Firstly,I analyzed the structure and fault of electrified driven Powertrains in pure electric vehicles.Then established fault tree and FMEA analysis.Secondly,I designed the platform for hardware-in-the-loop simulation.Then established the recognition method of fault by combining wavelet packet analysis and probabilistic neural network.Thirdly,I established a battery model by fitting the voltage curve adaptively.The internal resistance curve is fitted by BP neural network.The parameters were identified by recursive least squares method.Then I predicted SOH by Elman neural network.Finally,I designed related hardware and software to complete the experimental verification.The operating status of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the lithium-ion battery pack is collected by the NI data acquisition card and the ZigBee wireless sensor network respectively.Through the fault diagnosis platform,You can accomplish data processing,Fault diagnosis,information storage and human-computer interaction.
