Integrated transmission of armed tracked vehicle contains a variety of transmission pairs,working under the complex conditions with a single source of oil.Therefore the hydraulic system become serious pollution,Which affects the working performance of the hydraulic shift system and the service life of the integrated transmission.Eddy current filter in the integrated transmission hydraulic system as an auxiliary filtration equipment,is of great significance to control the pollution degree of hydraulic oil and extend the life of the fine filter.In this paper,eddy current filter will be used as the research object,the numerical calculation model is established by using CFD method,the flow field characteristics of the eddy current filter were simulated,and the parameters affecting the separation efficiency were analyzed.And the law of change of solid-liquid two-phase flow field and the separation performance of the contaminated particles in the filter was simulated and analyzed with the cone length,flow and viscosity as variables.And the separation performance of the eddy current filter was Experimental studied based on particle counter,and the correctness of the trend of the simulation results was verified.The main research of this paper As follows:(1)The ICEM module of ANSYS software is used to build the geometrically model of the eddy current filter,and the structural meshing is carried out.,The MIXTURE model was used to treat the particles into quasi-fluid,and the particle dynamics model was introduced to calculate the interaction between the solid and liquid and between the solid and solid in the eddy current filter.The turbulence model uses the RSM model with better simulation of turbulence.The numerical simulation of the flow field in the eddy current filter is realized by FLUENT software.(2)The distribution of the tangential velocity and pressure in the eddy current filter is theoretical analysised,compared with the numerical simulation results and the distribution of the flow field is obtained.In addition,the separation granularity is analysised theoretically,and theoretically find out the parameters that affect the separation efficiency.(3)The influence of flow rate and viscosity on the flow field and separation performance of eddy current filter was studied by numerical simulation.(4)The eddy current filter separation performance test bed was set up.The influence of the different condition parameters on the separation performance was studied by using the ACFTD dust to pollute the oil.The particle counter was used to calculate the number of particles.The test results were compared with the simulation results.
